FORT MYERS, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Elite DNA Behavioral Health, a comprehensive behavioral and mental health care provider, is collecting new and unwrapped toys to support the Children's Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida this holiday season.
Elite DNA is collecting toys now through Dec. 4 at multiple offices in Southwest Florida and is calling on the community for support. The toys will be distributed to local children and families through the Children's Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida.
"We see how meaningful it can be to give and receive support. This toy drive provides the opportunity to serve a vulnerable community during a time when mental health can be challenging.
"For families navigating the aftermath of abuse or neglect, the holidays can bring added stress and uncertainty," said Alicia Shannon, CEO of the Children's Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida. "A gift chosen with a child in mind can bring joy and remind them that their community cares. We're grateful to Elite DNA and everyone who contributes for helping make the season brighter for the children and families we serve."
