MosaicDM Accepted into Alacrity Canada's ARC Lab Defence Program

Kaslo, BC company brings deterministic AI governance to Canada's defence innovation ecosystem
NELSON, British Columbia - eTradeWire -- MosaicDM (1476890 B.C. LTD), the Canadian company holding exclusive Canadian rights to Dimensional Intelligence (DI), has been accepted into Alacrity Canada's ARC Lab program.
ARC Lab helps Canadian companies understand how Canada buys defence technology and what it takes to get new capability into service. MosaicDM joins the program as one of the few participants focused not on hardware, but on the governance layer that sits across it: making sure the decisions AI-enabled systems produce can be verified, explained and defended before they are acted on.
"Drones, sensors and autonomous systems are arriving faster than the rules that govern them. Every one of those systems will eventually have to answer the same question: how do you know this output was safe to act on? DI answers that with proof, not confidence. ARC Lab gives us the right setting to show Canada's defence community what that looks like."

DI is a deterministic decision architecture. It checks each AI output against declared rules and authority before it proceeds. Anything unsupported, contradictory or outside its authority is refused with a stated reason, and every evaluation produces a tamper-evident receipt. It runs on standard CPU servers with no cloud dependency, including in disconnected and air-gapped environments.
"Most AI governance today asks one model to judge another, which means the check is as uncertain as the thing it is checking. DI works differently. It decomposes each decision into its governing constraints, its evidence and its authority, and evaluates them deterministically: the same input under the same rules always produces the same result, and every evaluation leaves a verifiable receipt. Because those relationships are explicit, DI can also show how a change in policy, evidence or model behaviour propagates through every related decision. For defence systems operating at the edge, that means governance that runs locally, under disconnected conditions, and holds up to audit."
