Virtual Results Puts AI to Work for Home Buyers and Sellers, Not Just Agents
eTradeWire News/10851796
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. - eTradeWire -- Most of the AI in real estate today works behind the scenes for agents: scoring leads, drafting listing descriptions and automating follow-up. Virtual Results, an independent real estate website and digital marketing company, is pointing AI at the other side of the screen. The company today announced AI voice narration for real estate agent websites, a feature that uses AI on the front end to serve the buyers and sellers who visit those sites, letting them listen to listing descriptions and blog posts instead of reading them.
For agents, it works like marketing automation. Narration is generated automatically for qualifying Active featured and exclusive listings and blog posts, refreshes itself two hours after the last edit, and needs no recording, voice talent or file management. The agent's content reaches more people in more ways, and the agent doesn't add a single task.

Front-end AI like this is uncommon in real estate. AI narration is familiar on large news and publisher sites but rare on agent websites. Virtual Results says this is the first offering it is aware of that brings AI voice narration to individual agent websites at this price point. It is available to agents, brokers and teams across the U.S. for an expected $25–$50 per month, depending on listing volume.
Visitors tap a Listen button beside a listing description or next to a blog post's reading time, and a progress timeline appears as the audio plays. Audio is served separately from the page, so site speed is not affected. Each narrated text gets a digital fingerprint, so identical text on more than one site reuses the same audio, which makes the system more efficient as more agents join.
Virtual Results runs the narration on hardware it owns rather than rented cloud servers, a key reason for the price. A small internal team built the feature with help from recent AI coding tools, including OpenAI's Codex.

The World Wide Web Consortium's Web Accessibility Initiative describes text-to-speech as "essential for some, useful for all." Narration adds another way to take in site content and works alongside screen readers rather than replacing them.
"Most agents gave up on this kind of technology years ago," said Ryan Rockwood, president of Virtual Results. "They figured it belonged to the national brands with the giant budgets. We didn't accept that. Now the solo agent working from her kitchen table gets the same tech as the biggest names in real estate — for less than her phone bill."
AI voice narration is available now on select Virtual Results agent websites as an optional add-on. Hear a live demo at https://virtualresults.com/voice-narration/
