The annual awards, presented by the MetroWest Daily News, are decided entirely by public vote, recognizing the local businesses and professionals that residents value most.

The honor follows a September voting period in which past clients, friends, neighbors, and social media followers cast their votes. For Goneau and her team, the result reflects relationships built with families across MetroWest and Central Massachusetts over more than three decades.
