Circadence® Hires New Chief Technology Officer, Bradley Hayes to Pioneer Cybersecurity Innovation

BOULDER, Colo. - Oct. 17, 2018 - eTradeWire -- Circadence Corporation announced today the recent appointment of Dr. Bradley Hayes as its new Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Hayes will be based out of the company's Boulder, Colorado headquarters. Under his leadership and vision, Circadence will be better poised to continue to serve as a global cybersecurity leader, leveraging Dr. Hayes' expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for its products to augment human actions that support the cyber professional.
At Circadence, he will ensure the company's technology strategy serves its business strategy while simultaneously driving innovation for Circadence's cybersecurity solutions. Hayes will continue to teach as a professor at the University of Colorado's Department of Computer Science and as the Director of the Collaborative AI and Robotics (CAIRO) Lab. He has in-depth experience developing techniques to build autonomous AI that can learn from and collaborate with humans, making people more efficient and capable during task execution.

Prior to joining Circadence, Dr. Hayes served in various academic roles including as a postdoctoral associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Ph.D. candidate at Yale University. His theoretical prowess strengthens his ability to deeply and technically understand the intricacies of the cybersecurity industry and put them into practice. Hayes previously served as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems and Software Design Engineer for Microsoft.
"I'm honored to be a part of the Circadence team and plan to leverage my passion for AI and human interaction to further the company's mission to automate and augment the cyber workforce," said Bradley Hayes.
In addition to his work with ML/AI, Brad's broad swath of expertise includes Learning from Demonstration, Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning, Activity Recognition, Behavioral Modeling, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Science, Deep Learning, and Human-Robot Interaction.
