W8FIT Introduces the Weighted Walking Bra: Strength You Can Wear on Every Walk
eTradeWire News/10852223
ORLANDO, Fla. - eTradeWire -- ORLANDO, Fla. — W8FIT, the weighted activewear brand founded by certified personal trainer Maya Susi, announces the Weighted Walking Bra — a weighted sports bra designed to turn the walk you are already taking into strength work.
The Weighted Walking Bra ($75–$79) carries its weight in small, removable increments, so you can start light and add slowly. Loaded, it weighs approximately 4.8 lb (S), 5.2 lb (M), and 5.6 lb (L). It is available in sizes S, M, and L at w8fit.com and on Amazon.
"Most women already walk every day. I wanted to give them a way to make that walk work a little harder, without a bulky vest or a trip to the gym," said Maya Susi, founder of W8FIT and a trainer and fitness instructor for over two decades. "The bra is slim, it moves with you, and the weight is adjustable — you decide how much you carry, and when to add more."
Designed for everyday movement
- Slim, discreet fit that works under everyday clothes
- Removable weights in small increments, so you start light and progress slowly
- Front zip with internal hook-and-eye closure
- Rear mesh phone pocket

Size: Medium — Snug under-bust (torso): 29–33 in — Loaded weight: 5.2 lb
Size: Large — Snug under-bust (torso): 33–36 in — Loaded weight: 5.6 lb

The Weighted Walking Bra joins W8FIT's line of adjustable weighted activewear, including the Adjustable Weighted Walking Belt ($60–$76, 1–10 lb), Adjustable Weighted Vest ($99–$115, 1–15 lb for women), and Adjustable Wrist Weights ($34–$38 a pair).
W8FIT recommends checking with a clinician or physical therapist before adding weight if you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, back or neck problems, or a balance or fall risk — and starting lighter than you think you need to.
