The Basketball League And Red Coral Universe Expand Partnership To Bring Tbl Basketball To Linear Tv
eTradeWire News/10851803
INDIANAPOLIS - eTradeWire -- The Basketball League (TBL) has announced an expanded media distribution partnership with Red Coral Universe (RCU), founded by award-winning entertainment executive Larry Meistrich, marking a significant milestone in TBL's national and international growth.
The partnership creates opportunities to bring TBL basketball to broader audiences through linear television, regional sports networks, and global streaming platforms.
RCU currently distributes sports programming through MSG Networks, Right Now TV, the National Low Power TV Network, and KNXT. TBL programming is anticipated to expand across these distribution outlets as individual network placements are finalized.
Initial TBL television programming is expected within 30–45 days, with broadcast schedules and viewing information to be announced upon confirmation.
TBL programming is already available through RCU's streaming platform on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Android devices, and the web. RCU reports more than 230,000 streaming viewers across its platform, with TBL's existing game archive available to audiences.

"This partnership represents an important step forward for The Basketball League and the opportunities we are creating for our players, teams, and communities," said Evelyn Magley, CEO of TBL. "Expanding our presence into linear television while growing our global streaming reach allows us to showcase the extraordinary talent within our league to an even broader audience. Just as importantly, it creates new opportunities for our Team Market Owners, sponsors, and partners as we continue building a stronger future for professional basketball."
The partnership also creates new advertising and sponsorship opportunities, leveraging television programming, streaming audiences, and team websites to strengthen TBL's visibility and commercial potential.
"The Basketball League has built a compelling platform that combines professional sports, community engagement, and remarkable athletic talent," said Larry Meistrich, Founder of Red Coral Universe. "We're excited to expand our partnership with Evelyn, David, and the entire TBL organization. By combining traditional television distribution with global streaming and innovative advertising opportunities, we believe we can introduce TBL basketball to new audiences while creating meaningful value for its teams and commercial partners."
