Qwasar Silicon Valley Unveils Master's in Computer Science Without Bachelor's Degree Requirement
eTradeWire News/10798224
SAN FRANCISCO - eTradeWire -- Qwasar Silicon Valley College of Engineering, the leading modern college of engineering for software and AI/ML, today announced the launch of admissions for its Master's of Science in Computer Science degree that does not require a Bachelor's degree in any subject. Admissions focuses on a modern approach based on skills and performance.
The system is the first of its kind in North America and prioritizes technical capabilities, coding experience and potential over conventional academic qualifications. It opens doors for thousands of candidates highly capable of completing a Master's degree in Computer Science who have been excluded from traditional programs to date.
Master's Admissions Without a Bachelor's Degree

Successful candidates receive a conditional offer to join the Master's program: to fully enroll, students must complete at least 25% of the curriculum while maintaining a minimum score of 90% on all courses.
Qwasar CEO Kwame Yamgnane, co-founder of internationally recognized School 42 and 42 Silicon Valley, stated, "This is the next frontier for graduate degrees - ones that focus on skills, not letters of recommendation, GRE, and GPAs. With employers preferring degreed candidates, despite the "skills-based hiring" movement, this is a real opportunity for capable developers and potentials to earn what employers require to get into top jobs."
