BRONX, N.Y. - eTradeWire -- Mercedes Sánchez, lifestyle expert and creator of Soy Nueva Mamá, will host a free fertility education seminar on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 6:30 pm at United Medico, located at 2532 Grand Concourse in the Bronx.

The event will bring women together for an informative conversation about fertility, reproductive health, and family planning, offering an opportunity to ask questions and learn directly from a medical professional.

The seminar will feature Dr. Ernesto Rojas, an OB-GYN and Medical Director of Fertilam, a fertility-focused medical organization based in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Rojas will travel from Santo Domingo to discuss fertility and reproductive health.

Sánchez will also share her personal journey to motherhood after 40. After years of living with endometriosis and infertility, she conceived her daughter naturally at age 41. Her experience inspired her to create Soy Nueva Mamá, a platform dedicated to sharing experiences and encouraging conversations about fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood.

"Back then, I had so many questions, and most of the time, I didn't even know whom to ask," said Sánchez. "I hope this event gives families an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and feel more informed about their reproductive health."

The seminar is open to people at different stages of their reproductive journeys, including those considering starting a family, actively trying to conceive, or simply interested in learning more about fertility.
