Ginsey Home Solutions Purchases Brayniacs, Llc
eTradeWire News/10799900
WOODBURY, N.J. - eTradeWire -- Swedesboro, NJ – Ginsey Industries, Inc. ("Ginsey", the "Company", or the "Group"), dba Ginsey Home Solutions, a leader in the branded Juvenile and Housewares categories, announces the purchase of Brayniacs, LLC, the inventive leader of the Wad-Free® brand of solutions for tangled bed linens.
Wad-Free, originally featured on ABC's Shark Tank by inventor Cyndi Bray, comprises innovative products that solve the problem of tangled, wadded, damp, and musty bed linens in the washer and dryer. The products help prevent bed linens from tangling and trapping other garments during wash and dry cycles. Linens and garments are dry with fewer wrinkles. Wad-Free saves time, energy, and money, as it reduces wet items from getting trapped in the sheets. The brand is sold primarily from its own website, on Amazon.com and on Walmart.com. The acquisition provides Ginsey an opportunity to expand the product line and offer additional avenues of distribution.
Stephanie Leichtweis, Chief Executive Officer of Ginsey, said, "The purchase of Brayniacs will enhance our focus on growing our Laundry solutions categories by providing innovative, patent-protected, and scalable products to further our omni-channel distribution. It also gives Brayniacs more opportunities to grow by being part of a larger consumer products company."

About Brayniacs, LLC
Brayniacs founder, Cyndi Bray, was fed up with her sheets wadding-up in the laundry, so she invented the solution. Cyndi launched Wad-Free® for Bed Sheets direct-to-consumer during the pandemic, quickly turning her laundry pet peeve into a successful company and a global household name. As the first-ever solution to tangled, twisted, balled-up bed sheets in the washer and the dryer, patented Wad-Free products have received accolades from Good Housekeeping, Real Simple, Reader's Digest, and many more. Cyndi pitched Wad-Free on Shark Tank, causing an epic Shark fight.
