FindBest puts best-of lists to a vote and shows the reasoning behind every ranking

The Calgary-built app ranks gadgets, films and local spots by member votes and labels sponsored placements as sponsored
CALGARY, Alberta - eTradeWire -- Big Bad Agency has made FindBest available on the web at findbest.pro and as an Android app on Google Play. On FindBest, every best-of list is open to a vote, and each entry shows the reasoning underneath it.
Most "best of" lists ask readers to take the order on trust. On FindBest, the rule is visible: a new list starts in its creator's order, and once members vote, the votes set the order. Vote counts appear on every entry. Sponsored placements are labelled as sponsored and are never passed off as a community ranking.
The app's Battle mode puts two entries from a real list head to head. The player taps or swipes the one they think is better, then sees whether they sided with the crowd. Signed-in players' picks count as votes on that list. Near Me finds the closest city that has lists, such as restaurants, coffee, ramen or bookstores. The location is asked for only when the user taps, and only the city is kept on the phone. My Picks saves shortlists from any battle or list and shares them in one tap.

Members can also build ranked lists, tier lists and brackets, comment on entries, and follow the categories, cities and creators they care about. Lists, entries, comments and profiles can be reported, and blocking a member hides their content. Battle, Near Me and My Picks work without an account. Voting, commenting, saving and building lists need one.
"If a list says something is the best, you should be able to see why it's on top. On FindBest you can, and if you disagree, you can vote," said Jordan Alexander, Big Bad Agency.
