Baltzer Marketing Launches Headwater CRM to Help Law Firms Connect Marketing to Signed Cases

Baltzer Marketing has turned the CRM it has run for its law firm clients since 2020 into a named product, Headwater CRM. Built on the GoHighLevel platform, it tracks each call, form, and email from a firm's marketing through to the signed case.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - eTradeWire -- Baltzer Marketing, a marketing agency for law firms, has launched Headwater CRM, the customer relationship management system it sets up for the firms whose marketing it runs. Firms get Headwater as part of that work, so each firm can see which campaigns its signed cases came from.

"We've been using this since 2020, and we're just now making it into an official product," said Brent Baltzer, founder of Baltzer Marketing. "It's built on a platform called GoHighLevel, and that's a really common platform for agencies. We use it as part of our marketing program to tie marketing efforts to real revenue. Having a CRM ties everything together."

Calls, website form submissions, and emails from a firm's marketing all come into Headwater as leads. Each lead is marked as contacted, consultation booked, or retained, so a firm can spot a stalled lead while there is still time to call back. Calls can be recorded, so the firm can hear how each one was answered.

When Baltzer Marketing runs a firm's marketing, the agency's monthly report shows leads, consultations, and signed cases for each campaign. The firm can then put more of its budget into the campaigns with the most signed cases.
