Appoint Me Launches Flat-Price Booking Software for Any Business That Takes Appointments
eTradeWire News/10851614
London-based GK Tools launches Appoint Me, online booking and diary software priced at £50 a month for the first location and £40 for each extra one, with unlimited staff, every feature included and no commission on bookings.
LONDON - eTradeWire -- GK Tools Ltd today launches Appoint Me, online booking and diary software for businesses that take appointments, from clinics, physios and therapists to dental and hearing practices, salons, barbers and trades that visit customers at home.
Appoint Me charges one flat price: £50 a month for the first location and £40 for each extra one. Staff and bookings are unlimited, every feature is included, and there is no commission on any booking. Deposits, no-show fees, saved cards, tips and prepaid sessions are paid straight into the business's own Stripe account.
Customers book from a page that shows only that business, never a marketplace listing other businesses nearby. They can pick a person or the earliest free time, book several services in one visit, join a waitlist, and move or cancel their own bookings. Confirmations and reminders go out by email automatically, and by WhatsApp or text for customers who tick the box when they book.

For the team, the Diary shows the whole day on one screen with a column for each person, and it updates as soon as a booking moves. A business with several sites runs every location from one account, each with its own hours and team.
Appoint Me works in any web browser on any device, in 19 languages and 17 currencies. Two free apps are on Google Play for Android now: Appoint Me Biz for the business and its team, and Appoint Me for Customers for the people who book. The iPhone apps are on their way to the App Store.
"It started because so many booking systems for small businesses charge per staff member or take a cut of every booking," said Graham Keane, founder of GK Tools. "Appoint Me is one flat price per location instead: £50 a month for the first, £40 for each extra one, with unlimited staff and no commission on anything."
To mark the launch, the first businesses to join get their first 6 months for £5. Businesses moving from another system can send its exports, and the Appoint Me team will move their clients, diary and history across for free.
