Women in eDiscovery™ Announces New Global Leadership Appointments
eTradeWire News/10823556
WASHINGTON - eTradeWire -- Women in eDiscovery (WiE), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in legal technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of two accomplished professionals to the WiE global leadership team. Nilsa Moreno has been named South Central regional director, and Dorothe Schuch has been appointed conference coordinator. While their roles support WIE's broader mission worldwide, each will focus on key initiatives within the United States.
Dorothe joins the global team as conference coordinator, overseeing WiE's bi-annual U.S. conference. With over 30 years in the legal industry and deep expertise in eDiscovery and forensics, she currently serves as VP of Forensics at HaystackID. Dorothe has led mentorship programs, contributed to national legal associations, and spoken widely on litigation and technology. A WiE member since 2022, she has held chapter and national roles, including Membership Director and Logistics Lead for WiECON25. In her new role, Dorothe will work closely with Maribel Rivera, WiE's Director of Special Events, to deliver impactful and inclusive conference experiences.

"WiECON25 was amazing! When the WiE executive board called me about the position of conference coordinator, I didn't have to think about it. I'm flattered, grateful, super excited and ready to roll up my sleeves," states Dorothe.
Nilsa has over two decades of experience in legal technology, information governance, and strategic operations. As founder of CollaborTech, LLC., she integrates project management and tech innovation to enhance legal operations. Nilsa has led initiatives at AM Law 200 firms and consulted across corporate, government, and legal sectors. In her new role, she will support WiE chapters across the South-Central U.S., driving engagement and growth through her collaborative leadership style.
"We are thrilled with the invaluable originality Nilsa and Dorothe bring to the leadership team as we work together in navigating through new avenues of professional growth for our community of businesswomen," states Aileen Borders, WiE Executive Director. "Their collective experience in the legal technology sector and commitment to serving in these roles demonstrate the beauty and power of sharing knowledge to benefit others."
