The constant extreme temperatures of warning are causing droughts to worsen, says NOAA. There are countries like Iran that have a dire water scarcity condition that could eventually lead to a crash; as the state of Arizona in the United States southwest have experts concluding that a water crash could arrive within two years if there aren't any wet winters soon.

A 1979 Australian dystopian action film called Mad Max continued as sequels implying that our future world could include water wars, declined constructive civilizations, and depleted necessary resources. Is this dystopian condition upon us?
