Is it destined for the next United States executive chairman to be a woman of color? It has been said by the other members of the Democratic party that Mrs, Kamala Harris is not fully prepared for such an important position. Does Mrs. Harris have any military experience at all in her background? Would military experience in some way be needed for the next appointment as executive chairman of the United States? The Constitution's Commander in Chief Clause, Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, grants the executive chairman the power of commander in chief of the military forces in order to keep the homeland safe from foreign, and or domestic threats. The Democratic party has stated many times that the most important objective is to nominate someone that can win the general election, but who will that be as the election nears its end within three months. On the faces of many Democrats; they don't know!
