SEATTLE - eTradeWire -- Thaddeus Dixon isnt well known at the moment but the Washington Huskies stole a gem of a player out the JUCO and will make him a start. Thaddeus Dixon sat down with Ryan Haze from Vancouver Canada for an interview.

Thaddeus Dixon started off talking about growing up in Long Beach Califonia, and what it took to make it out of the city known for Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Daz Dillinger and more, he talks about his pre game rituals and what led to him ultimately choosing to come to Washington even though he had many other offers on the table. He talks about how important having a public image is and why social media plays a big part in a lot of young athletes development.

He goes on to talk about his first impressions and being taken under the wing of current CB at the University of Washington Mishael Powell and what he has taught him in just a few weeks since transferring to the Huskies. He talks about what he brings to the table and what the Huskies fans should expect from him going forward. He also talks about how Washington didn't want him to announce that he was talking to the school in fear that another bigger school would come and steal him away from the Huskies.

He talks about how he got his BOOMIN nick name back in the day from the streets of Long Beach and then goes on to talk about what his first impressions of Coach DeBoer are and how he is settling in under him. He talks about wanting to see for himself what the whole sailgate is all about and how he looks forward to being able to play in Huskies stadium. He talks about what drives him to get up and compete each day, he talks about his daily routine before getting into some hot seat questions.
