Vancouver born actor Darren Mann sat down with the podcast I Only Touch Greatness, this past week to talk about his roles in 1923, Animal Kingdom, Embattled and more.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - eTradeWire -- Vancouver born actor Darren Mann sat down with the podcast I Only Touch Greatness, this past week to talk about his roles in 1923, Animal Kingdom, Embattled and more.
Darren starts off talking about growing up in Vancouver, Canada, playing hockey at a young age before eventually turning pro. He grew up playing hockey along side NHL great Milan Lucic.
He talks about his role in the hit tv show 1923 in which he plays Jack Dutton, he says the crew had to do a 2-week cowboy camp before shooting his role. He talks about the influences that working along side Harrison Ford and what he has learned from such a legend. He tells a great story about Harrison Ford and what its like to be around him even at his older age.

He then talks about his role in Animal Kingdom in which he played young Baz in season 6 of the show, saying how it was his first time in Hollywood and it was one roll that he targeted, because he was such a big fan of the show.
Darren then goes on to talk about how he would love to play Jeremy Renner's kid in a movie role some day or in a possible bio picture of his. When asked by Ryan Haze about which show he would love to reboot, he said Back to The Future and how he would love to play Marty McFly junior. Since Michael J Fox is also a local Vancouver born actor as well.
Darren goes on to talk about how he is currently still training in MMA, and talks about his Golden Globe experience he recently had.
Darren also talks about what to expect from season 2 of 1983 and when we can expect to see this.
