OKLAHOMA CITY - eTradeWire -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Upstream RollCo LLC d/b/a Upstream Rehabilitation ("Upstream"). Upstream recently detected unusual activity on its systems, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, Upstream confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to employee email accounts and that certain files may have been accessed by unauthorized cybercriminals between January 24, 2023 and January 31, 2023 as well as between February 3, 2023 and February 9, 2023. • Health insurance information
