UHP means impurities of less than 0.1 parts  per million. Most industrial gases are considered to be ultra pure. Chemtec has a full range of flow devices which meets the UHP specifications. One series , LPH /UHP is a fixed set point flow switch . This is just one model in a full offering of flow devices. The range also includes PTFE flow sensors and flow meters.
