JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - eTradeWire -- The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida proudly announces Shad Khan as the District Council's 2026 Visionary Leader. The award recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution within the real estate industry and the community.

Khan is the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars and is being recognized for his vision and leadership in transforming downtown Jacksonville, including the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, the Miller Electric Center training facility, the Jaguars' business headquarters, the stadium redevelopment, and surrounding area improvements.
