45 years after Sugar Hill Records launched commercial Rap Music with Rappers Delight by the Sugarhill Gang, the genre has turned to focusing the genre on young people with fresh youth oriented beats and rhymes.
CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. - eTradeWire -- Gum Drop Hip Hop music has come alive for kids of all ages with the release of the song I Believe in You + Me by the Skool O'Foolz hip hop group on TVS Records. This release was dropped on the 45th anniversary of the release of Rappers Delight by Sugar Hill Records in 1979.
