NEW YORK - eTradeWire -- Tutanota LLC ("Purchaser") announces an amendment to its previously-announced tender offer (the "Offer") to acquire up to 500,000 shares (the "Shares") of Cisco Systems, Inc. for $70.00 per Share (the "Offer Price"), less applicable dividends, such that the Offer will expire 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, November 28, 2025, unless further extended or earlier terminated (the "Expiration Date"). The Offer was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, March 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
