NEW YORK - eTradeWire -- Tutanota LLC ("Purchaser") announces an amendment to its previously-announced tender offer (the "Offer") to acquire up to 350,000 shares (the "Shares") of Alphabet Inc. for $180.00 per Share (the "Offer Price"), less applicable dividends, such that the Offer will expire 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, August 15, 2025, unless further extended or earlier terminated (the "Expiration Date"). The Offer was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, February 14, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
