NEW YORK - eTradeWire -- Tutanota LLC ("Purchaser") announces an amendment to its previously-announced tender offer (the "Offer") to acquire up to 50,000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of Broadcom Inc. for $1,400.00 per Share (the "Offer Price"), less applicable dividends, such that the Offer will expire 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, July 1, 2024, unless further extended or earlier terminated (the "Expiration Date").
