"Trust the process. It is a marathon. It is not a race. Everyone has their own journey and everyone has their own timing. And sometimes when you think you are ready for something, you are not really ready for it. And you have to pay your dues… you have to put in the work," said Metivier.

Treniques is a weekly Facebook Live series that showcases creative artists and their talents. Each week's featured guest presents a tutorial via Facebook Live and teaches the public tricks and tips on their respective profession.
