Clients easily order Virtual I-9 Verifications through TrendSource's dedicated online ordering platform, where they include the New Hire's name and email address. TrendSource takes it from there, reaching out to the New Hire and directing them to a link to complete Section 1 of the I-9 Verification.

They are then prompted to select a virtual meeting time with a TrendSource Verification Specialist, who will meet with the New Hire at the appointed time to complete Section 2 together. This meeting will include verifying the New Hire's identifying document(s), after which point the completed I-9 is passed to TrendSource's Quality Assurance team to ensure accuracy and complete compliance.
