Together We Dance Foundation and Newtown Athletic Club Unite for Inclusive Swim Party
eTradeWire News/10810138
NEWTOWN, Pa. - eTradeWire -- The Together We Dance Foundation will host a meaningful and memory-filled Swim Party for children with special needs and their families at the Newtown Athletic Club (NAC) on Wednesday, July 16 at 3:30 PM, — with 40+ families expected to attend.
This heart-centered event is the latest example of the Foundation's mission to create inclusive experiences where every individual is celebrated. The NAC has graciously opened its doors after camp hours, providing a quieter, sensory-considerate environment so every guest can feel safe, supported, and seen.
"The upcoming swim party at the NAC isn't just another splash in the pool; it's a chance to make waves in our community!" said Isabella Roberts. "We're stoked to provide a space where everyone, no matter their background or ability, can dive into summer fun. Events like these let us be champions of inclusivity and show that when we come together, we can make a real difference in people's lives."

At the heart of the event will be the "buddy system," where each family will be personally paired with a member of the Together We Dance Summer Dance Team — ensuring real connection, shared joy, and one-on-one interaction throughout the day.
"We are all there for the same reason," added Charlotte Rittersbach, "and it is so amazing to see this all come into action and see the impact we have had on the community — and will continue to have — through things as simple as a pool party!"
In preparation for this day, Katie Lang, a Special Education teacher with the Bucks County Intermediate Unit, will be joining the Dance Team at their pre-event team meeting to provide insight, encouragement, and tools to help every team member show up with purpose, compassion, and confidence.
