The Everest Group assessment evaluated 33 CXM service providers in the Asia-Pacific region, including contact center outsourcing vendors. The positioning was determined based on Everest Group's 2025 RFI process, interactions with leading CXM service providers, client reference checks, and ongoing analysis of the CXM services market. Providers were mapped against two axes: "Market Impact" and "Vision and Capability."
