TIMONIUM, Md. - eTradeWire -- Timonium personal trainer and fitness expert, Stephen Holt, has been nominated for IDEA 2025 Personal Trainer of the Year award.

The IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year Award honors a certified personal trainer whose exceptional leadership, business management and instructional skills motivate and inspire clients to greater personal growth and a higher level of fitness.

The IDEA World Fitness Awards are the Academy Awards of the industry, and this marks the 10th time Holt has been nominated for this particular award. Last year he was one of three finalists.

He's also been a finalist for Personal Trainer of the Year awards three times with the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) and four times with PFP (Personal Fitness Professional) Magazine.

"The old adage is true; it truly is an honor just to be nominated.
