The Wuhan Lab Wasn't Just Certified — It Was Enabled: How U.S. Accreditation Helped Build a Global Crisis
eTradeWire News/10804729
QA Expert Daryl Guberman Exposes U.S. System That Enabled Wuhan Lab And Failed Global Safety Checks.
WASHINGTON - eTradeWire -- A growing body of evidence now shows that a U.S.-founded and -funded global certification system played a direct role in enabling the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) — the lab widely linked to the origin of the COVID-19 virus. That system was not created in China, but in the United States, by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and its wholly controlled partner, the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
In 2018, ANSI and ANAB formally merged into one body with two names, giving ANSI complete legal and operational control over ANAB. Together, these entities designed and underwrote a global network of accreditation bodies — including China National Accreditation Services (CNAS) — which was responsible for certifying the Wuhan lab.
From 2015 to 2021, CNAS operated under the leadership of Xiao Jianhua, a Chinese national who has been involved with U.S. quality infrastructure since 1994. Jianhua was also Chairman of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) during this time — a group founded and funded by ANSI and ANAB. As such, ANSI and ANAB are not just policy architects — they are underwriters, meaning they carry legal responsibility for certification failures within this global accreditation framework.
"ANSI and ANAB may not have stamped the lab directly, but they built the entire structure that allowed it to happen. That means they own the liability — both for the broken systems and for the dangerous outcomes," said the source behind the ongoing investigation.
Warnings Ignored — Lives Lost
Internal and public reports confirm that multiple U.S. scientists raised alarms before and after the certification of the Wuhan lab. The core issue? The lab lacked enough trained technicians to safely handle high-level biohazards.
Despite these warnings, CNAS issued certification — with ANSI and ANAB, as system architects, taking no corrective action. By extension, their silence and protection of a flawed process helped enable the release and global spread of a deadly virus.

Pamela Sale's Damning Admission
In a 2017 sworn deposition, Pamela Sale, Vice President of Laboratory Accreditation for ANSI-ANAB, confirmed that the lab certification system was fundamentally broken. Her words:
"One of the issues is that there is no commonly agreed-upon set of standards that forensics labs around the country have to follow. Instead, there are informal guidelines that labs can choose to follow or not."
If there were no enforced standards in U.S. labs, why would we expect rigorous oversight at foreign labs like Wuhan?
Conflict of Interest: Corporations and Federal Agencies on the Same Board
ANSI and ANAB claim to be neutral and independent — but their own governance proves otherwise. Their boards of directors include executives from Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, — the very companies that benefited from rapid vaccine development and global distribution.
Even more disturbing, ANSI and ANAB also host and serve major U.S. federal agencies as both board members and paying customers, including:
This is not a system of accountability. It is a closed loop of regulatory capture — where the regulators, the corporations, and the certifiers all benefit from silence, confusion, and lack of transparency.
HIV-Contaminated Moderna Shots and System Failure
A recent bombshell report confirmed that some Moderna vaccine batches were contaminated with HIV-related sequences, raising alarm that the same negligent certification network also approved the labs involved in vaccine production.
Once again, ANSI-ANAB's global certification system enabled a product to reach the public with inadequate oversight — and potentially devastating health consequences.

ANSI-ANAB have played a central role in forming international accreditation bodies such as the International Accreditation Forum (IAF incorporated in Delaware/ It is an association of national and international accreditation bodies, equivalent in accreditation to ANSI-ANAB) along with IAF sister organization the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC Australia), which regulate industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, defense and other industries. ANSI-ANAB serve as underwriters for global accreditation, assuming legal responsibility for systematic and product failures. However, recent moves to create a new entity, the Global Accreditation Cooperation (GLOBAC), suggest an attempt to shift liability further down the regulatory chain, shielding ANSI-ANAB from accountability.
Time for a Full Investigation
This is not just about Wuhan. It is about the entire accreditation system — a system created in America, expanded across borders, and backed by the highest levels of industry and government.
"We are demanding a full public investigation of ANSI, ANAB, CNAS, and the entire International Accreditation Forum & International laboratory Cooperation ILAC," the statement concludes. "We need to know who knew what, when — and why they kept silent while the world burned." QA Expert Daryl Guberman has uncovered this diabolical disaster and has the root-causes.
