The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company opens new office in Fort Myers
eTradeWire News/10766323
FORT MYERS, Fla. - eTradeWire -- The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company continues its expansion across Florida's west coast with the opening of its seventh office, a two-story office building in Fort Myers with plenty of room for growth.
The new location, 13525 Bell Tower Drive, is on the southeast side of Bell Tower at the corner of U.S. 41 and Daniels Parkway. The 10,520-square-foot office building is centrally located making it convenient for the firm's growing base of clients in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita Springs.
Hurricane Ian accelerated The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company's expansion plans to Fort Myers after clients and employees were forced to temporarily relocate off Sanibel and Captiva islands following the storm. Megan Marquardt, CTFA, CFP®, serves as the Fort Myers president.
"We are excited to make the move into our new Fort Myers office," said Marquardt. "Both current and new clients will have another convenient and comfortable way to meet with us to discuss their wealth management plans. Our proximity to Sanibel makes it easy for us to visit with our clients on the islands, as well." Renovations to the Sanibel office were recently completed and that office opened the second week of March.

"This extraordinary space at Bell Tower allows us to accommodate our growing team for years to come," said S. Albert D. Hanser, Founder and Chairman of The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company. "The lobby and meeting rooms are ideal for everything from educational round tables to major events with clients and guests. It meets all our needs and will serve as a benefit to the Fort Myers community."
Architect Joyce Owens, FAIA, RIBA, owner of Architecture Joyce Owens LLC, was instrumental in completing the interior plans for the building, making it functional, inviting and giving it a contemporary look, yet comfortable feel.
The office is open weekdays from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. For more information about The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company and its services, visit www.sancaptrustco.com. (http://www.sancapgroupinc.com/)
