It is with that inspiration that I have developed The Ambony, a digital society platform for people of color. It is my vision that this publication will rewrite the narratives around what success looks like and, more importantly, what it can be as we advance through the 21st century in a more interconnected world.

The word "ambony" is derived from the Malagasy language in Madagascar, which refers to someone or something of higher, elevated, or superior status. Here at The Ambony, we use it to pay homage to and celebrate the ambonies of the past and present and shine a spotlight on the ambonies of the future.

Under the direction of our editor-in-chief, Tanya Sattineni, The Ambony will serve as an exclusive social enclave, keeping our readers in the know by exploring the habitus that shapes contemporary culture and luxury, while aiding them in their pursuit of success through the uniqueness of our finely curated content.
