CHICAGO - eTradeWire -- This December, TBOX (R) - The ORIGINAL 12 Bars of Xmas Pub Crawl - will return to Wrigleyville, Chicago for Year 28 of Fun, Festive, Costumed Craziness!

TBOX was founded in 1996 by Chicagoan Christopher Festa, who just wanted to have a get together for his friends without having a party in his one bedroom apartment.  At the first bar, no one showed up, and Mr. Festa drank alone.  But soon people did show up, and TBOX grew from 60 people by the end of TBOX #1, to over 200,000 crawlers through the years, averaging 12,000 to 15,000 people every December!

Starting at 10AM with Opening Ceremonies at the Cubby Bear Lounge, TBOX takes over the Wrigleyville bar district the Second Saturday of December every year, the streets colorful with costumed bar crawlers in outrageous Christmas themed costumes.  Over the past few years, the crawl has included many of Wrigley's popular Holiday Pop-Up Bars, elaborately decorated with Xmas-Themed decor, adding to the festivities!

TBOX tickets are currently on sale, and the ticket includes $9 of Gift Cards to use on refreshmenets or food during the crawl, along with free breakfast buffets at selected bars.  TBOX also distributes thousands of collectible stickers and there are fun photo scavenger hunts with prizes, and the world-famous TBOX Cereal Shots - no alcohol - we just pour a whole box of cereal into your mouth!!

And to top it off, TBOX has also donated OVER $330,000 to Charities over the Years, and a portion of this year's proceeds will benefit neighborhood non-profits in coordination with the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce.
