This strategic acquisition extends SVN PM's geographic reach and adds a new office in Oak Brook to complement its existing West Loop location. With this expansion, SVN PM is now well positioned to provide enhanced property management services across new markets and asset types, while continuing to deliver best-in-class service and maximize investor value.
