NAPLES, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Sunshine Ace Hardware has opened its newest store at The Marketplace at Pelican Bay, co-anchoring the shopping center with Publix in a space previously home to Stein Mart.

The Pelican Bay store, which occupies approximately 20,000 square feet, opened Nov. 1 and features separate commercial paint, grilling and fishing departments, as well as a wide selection of power and hand tools, hardware, lawn and garden supplies, plumbing fixtures, propane, gifts and supplies for DIYers. Customers can visit the store's signature Helpful Hub for services such as screen repair, key cutting and color matching, as well as coordinating delivery and assembly for grills, power tools and more.

The Pelican Bay store is the 16^th hardware store under the Sunshine Ace Hardware umbrella, which includes locations in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Manatee and Pinellas counties. The company also operates two freestanding paint stores and two gift shops. The Pelican Bay location is the fourth Sunshine Ace Hardware store to open in Collier County in the past three years, joining Founders Square in Naples (2023), Ave Maria Park of Commerce in Ave Maria (2024) and Winchester Center in Naples (2025).

Sunshine Ace Hardware recently announced Adolfo Lopez as store manager. Lopez, who joined the company in 2022, has more than four decades of retail management experience for several supermarket chains as well as a rural lifestyle retailer.

The Pelican Bay store is located at 8813 Tamiami Trail North in Naples. Operating hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Sunshine Ace Hardware plans to host a Grand Opening Celebration in early 2026.
