Still Another Death - Time to Indict ICEBlock Operator?
eTradeWire News/10826556
AG Bondi May Act on Filed 18 U.S.C. § 111 Criminal Complaint
WASHINGTON - eTradeWire -- Still another death has occurred, this time in Minneapolis, as people continue to try to interfere with aggressive immigration enforcement activities.
A common denominator in many of these instances has been the use of the ICEBlock and other similar apps to encourage and facilitate people coming to the scene of the enforcement activities where, in addition to lawful protects, those in opposition have too often and with increased frequency engaged in a variety of violent and other criminal tactics to interfere with the enforcement.
He suggests that it's now clearly time for the administration to do what it has been saying for months that it was going to do, and take one of the few steps likely to substantially reduce this unnecessary and growing violence: shut down the operation of the ICEBlock app by criminally indicting the person who continues to operate it in violation of federal criminal law.

That's why Professor Banzhaf - whose formal criminal complaint led to the RICO indictment of Donald Trump in Georgia, and who played a major role in obtaining special prosecutors for Richard Nixon - has filed a formal criminal complaint against ICEBlock operator Joshua Aaron for aiding and abetting numerous violations of 18 U.S. Code § 111 and other possibly applicable federal criminal statutes.
Moreover, the app reportedly can also be obtained from other Internet sources, and therefore continues to create a serious and continuing danger to law enforcement agents, says Banzhaf.
While clearly not a solution to the current crisis, making criminal interference with ICE activities by large crowds less likely would be a significant step in the right direction; indeed, it may be better and more effective than all of the other tactics being proposed by people on all sides of this life-and-death issue.
