Community Driven, globally focused on as World Cup Weekend comes to NJ, celebrate with local fans, businesses and families at LBI National Golf & Resort
MANAHAWKIN, N.J. - eTradeWire -- On Sunday, June 14, the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce will host a vibrant, community‑centered World Watch Party & Youth Soccer Showcase at LBI National Golf Resort, 99 Golf Drive, Little Egg Harbor. This free public event is designed to bring families, fans, and local organizations together for an afternoon of soccer, sports culture, and community pride.
The event begins with a Youth Soccer Showcase led by a local nonprofit youth soccer organization. Young athletes will have the chance to participate in skills demonstrations, receive practice tips, and join casual scrimmages in a fun, supportive environment. Businesses and nonprofit organizations will be on site to offer local goods and services throughout the event.

As the regional chamber enters is 112th summer of service, members are excited to bring families together, spotlight local organizations, and celebrate World Cup culture, the June 14 event promises to be a meaningful and memorable highlight of the World Cup season in Southern Ocean County. At 4pm attendees will gather to watch the Netherlands vs. Japan Group F match. The viewing experience includes an outdoor big screen experience on the green with World Cup Theme food and drinks menu available for purchase. Indoor viewing will also be streaming. The event follows FIFA Watch Party guidelines and is free and open to the public. Contributions will support the Pinelands Soccer Association and South Jersey Elite Barons, strengthening youth soccer programs across the region.
