DERBY, U.K. - eTradeWire -- Derby-based SortRefer, market leaders in the conveyancing and legal services sector, have announced the relaunch of their Super Surveys incentive scheme, designed to reward brokers.

Super Surveys is an exclusive incentive scheme, which gives brokers the opportunity to earn a variety of vouchers, alongside their referral fees whenever they instruct a survey or specialist property report.

The scheme was first piloted in October 2023 to complement the Sort Club Loyalty Scheme, which enables mortgage intermediary clients to earn a series of luxury rewards whenever they utilise the SortRefer system.

Due to the popularity of the scheme, it has now been relaunched to raise awareness of SortRefer's range of surveys and specialist property reports and give brokers an additional income stream through referral fees.

Brokers who instruct a survey or specialist property report are entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £500, £300, and £100 vouchers from Amazon, Love2Shop or Lifestyle.

To enter, brokers just need to instruct survey cases or specialist property reports through the SortRefer portal. The more reports they instruct, the more entries they earn, increasing their chances of winning.

Any IFA or Mortgage Broker can register with SortRefer free of charge and gain access to a portfolio of products which will assist their clients throughout their home move process.

SortRefer was launched in 2009 and its award-winning portal provides mortgage brokers and IFAs with a range of conveyancing and other ancillary services, which will support them and assist their clients with the home move and remortgage process.
