Sort Refer Launches New Education Campaign
eTradeWire News/10751933
DERBY, U.K. - eTradeWire -- Derby-based SortRefer, market leaders in the conveyancing and legal services sector, have launched a new education campaign, aimed to support mortgage intermediaries.
SortRefer was launched in 2009 and its award-winning portal now provides a range of conveyancing and other ancillary services for brokers and their clients.
The month-long campaign aims to help new mortgage broker users familiarise themselves with the SortRefer portal more quickly by providing them with a series of invaluable resources and insights.
The campaign will feature eight video 'how to guides', which are hosted on the website and will be supported and shared by the company's Broker Support team.
They will address SortRefer's most popular frequently asked questions and offer a range of materials which will provide an introduction to the portal and navigation around the site.
Best practice will be discussed, with in-depth tutorials on how to utilise SortRefer's broker toolkit, leverage supplier filters and create quotes seamlessly on the SortRefer portal.
Other videos include guidance on SortRefer's site navigation and a mini guide on how to handle supplier feedback.
