Snell & Wilmer's Denver Office Welcomes New Partners, Aubyn Krulish and Bill Ojile

DENVER - eTradeWire -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Aubyn Krulish and Bill Ojile have joined the firm's Denver office. Krulish is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group, while Ojile is a partner in the firm's special litigation and compliance practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Krulish was the office managing attorney of the Denver office for a national firm for several years. She has acquired notable recognitions during her career, namely various Law Week Colorado Barrister's Best mentions including Barrister's Choice for Corporate Law in 2021, Barrister's Choice for Mergers and Acquisitions in 2022, and People's Choice for Corporate Law in 2020 and 2022. Additionally, 5280 Magazine recognized her as one of Denver's Top Lawyers in Communications/Technology Law in 2021 and 2022. Krulish was also named by The Best Lawyers in America® for Corporate Law in 2024 and for Mergers and Acquisitions Law from 2021 to 2024.
With over 30 years of experience advising, counseling, and trying cases on behalf of companies, Ojile is trusted by senior management and boards of directors across companies of all sizes. Ojile has tried many cases to federal and state courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies across the country, mostly dealing with issues in the higher education, telecommunications and insurance broker sectors. Ojile was previously a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP. Before joining his last firm, Ojile spent over 25 years working in various corporate legal departments, the last 15 years of which he was a general counsel to a publicly traded telecommunications carrier and multi-campus institution of higher education.
