PHOENIX - eTradeWire -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix partner  Patrick J. Paul ( has joined the board of directors for the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources ( Board of Directors.

The ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) fosters the success of a diverse community of environmental, energy, and resources lawyers, advisors, law students, and decision-makers and provides a premier forum for the exchange of ideas and information.

Paul's practice is concentrated in environmental and toxic tort litigation with an emphasis on federal, state, and local permitting and regulatory compliance across a broad spectrum of traditional and developing industries, including real estate, hospitality, industrial expansion, renewable energy, and unmanned aerial systems (drones).  He also provides land use and zoning counseling and assists new and expanding businesses maximize available economic incentives to facilitate relocation and growth.
