For more than 44 years, CCA has served the Valley's vulnerable children and families and is committed to ending child abuse and neglect through prevention, education and intervention programs. The organization offers emergency shelters for children, teen moms and their babies; a group home for teen boys in the foster care system; foster care and adoption services; as well communitywide parenting classes, workshops, support groups and early education programs for low-income families. Since 1977, Child Crisis Arizona has positively affected over 60,000 children and families. Its vision is "Safe Kids. Strong Families."

Sarhangian also serves on the boards for the Caliber Foundation, St. Vincent de Paul, Whispering Hope Ranch Foundation and the M1 Institute.
Sarhangian serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group and Opportunity Zone Industry Group. His practice is concentrated in real estate and business transactions, which include purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing and brokerage matters. Sarhangian advises large and small corporate clients in corporate real estate matters throughout the United States. His practice also involves drafting and negotiating construction agreements for owners, lenders, general contractors and subcontractors. Sarhangian is currently representing investors, fund sponsors and developers with respect to the Opportunity Zone Program. He has worked on property exchange agreements between state entities as well as a variety of zoning and permitting matters. His work includes ground leases and finance agreements on Native American lands. Sarhangian is also a member of Snell & Wilmer's Attorney Development Committee and Technology Committee.
