PALO ALTO, Calif. - eTradeWire -- Grafiti Launches SigmaStat V1 Statistical Software with On-Device AI

PALO ALTO, Calif. — Grafiti LLC has launched SigmaStat V1, a statistical analysis platform for researchers, engineers, and students, the company announced today. The software includes guided statistical workflows, regression and predictive modeling tools, and 2D/3D graphing, along with a new on-device AI assistant called ARAI.

Unlike cloud-based AI tools, ARAI runs locally on the user's device, so research data does not leave the machine. Grafiti said ARAI is designed to help users choose and understand the applicability of statistical tests, while the underlying statistical computations continue to run on established statistical methods rather than AI.

"Our vision at Grafiti has always been to serve the scientific community," said Shirish Tangirala, Chief Operating Officer of Grafiti. "With SigmaStat V1, we've begun incorporating AI into our products for the first time — on-device, for privacy, and focused on guidance rather than replacing the statistics itself."

SigmaStat V1 is available now for Windows 10 and 11. macOS support for Intel and Apple Silicon devices is planned.
