SIA Foundation breaks records, including most grants awarded

Organizations from 12 counties receive 23 grants totaling nearly $167,000
LAFAYETTE, Ind. - eTradeWire -- Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) today announced the awarding of 23 capital grants totaling $166,692.19 by the SIA Foundation to 21 Indiana nonprofits. The record-breaking cycle featured the most ever funds distributed, recipients, and grants awarded.
Since its establishment in 1997, the SIA Foundation has awarded more than $3.4 million to fund nonprofit projects across Indiana. The newest recipients represent Boone, Carroll, Fountain, Jasper, Marion, Monroe, Morgan, Perry, Porter, Pulaski, Switzerland, and Tippecanoe counties.
The SIA Foundation awards grants twice annually to nonprofit organizations seeking up to $15,000 in capital funding for arts and culture, health and welfare, or education projects. More information can be found at siafoundation.org.
