Permanent holiday lighting — low-profile LED track installed once along the roofline and architectural lines, then controlled year-round from a phone — is one of the fastest-growing exterior upgrades in Southeast Michigan. The buying process has not kept up. Using a standard smartphone, a homeowner or MPWS technician walks the perimeter of the home and captures the roofline. LightCast converts that capture into an accurate linear-foot model of the eaves, peaks, dormers, gables, and returns — then renders lighting scenes directly onto the customer's own home.
