BEDFORD, Mass. - eTradeWire -- S4 Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise IT Solutions, Cybersecurity and Professional Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Brosnan as its new President effective immediately.

Mr. Brosnan joined S4 Inc. in 2008 to oversee the company's financial and business matters. As Chief Financial Officer, he served as a key member of the Senior Management Team and worked closely with former President and CEO, Mr. Chandu Shah until his recent passing.

Mr. Brosnan has 30+ years of experience working for Government Contractors.  During his 15+ year tenure with S4, Mr. Brosnan put systems in place that ensure compliance and increase efficiency. He implemented integrated accounting systems, an employee assistance program, and championed the DCAA approval of S4's accounting system. Mr. Brosnan currently manages Headquarters operations, including all corporate functions and personnel, in addition to guiding the company's financial and contractual matters.

Prior to joining S4 Inc., Mr. Brosnan served as Group Controller and Manager of Planning and Compliance at SAIC (formerly GEO-CENTERS, Inc.). He was responsible for SOX Compliance, financial reporting, and budgets, as well as the preparation of cost proposals and indirect rate submissions.
