RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - eTradeWire -- The Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation (RBCDC) and Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) proudly celebrated the graduation of the Winter 2024 class of the Riviera Beach Homebuyers Club. Forty enthusiastic graduates completed the comprehensive six-week course, marking a significant step towards their dreams of homeownership.
The program provides participants with crucial knowledge and skills in budgeting, pre-purchase requirements, taxes, mortgages, loan options, and financial goal setting. This intensive course equips graduates with the necessary tools to navigate the complexities of the home buying process.
"What can I say about the class? It was incredible," said graduate Altonette Bethel. "The counselors were excellent!"
CPSFL's housing outreach and Homebuyers Club coordinator Ludie Celucien emphasized the collaborative learning environment and said, "It's not just hearing information from experts; it's sharing among peers and learning together."
