Rich Florals Celebrates Grand Opening of Luxury Rose Studio in Woodbridge with Mayor McCormac
eTradeWire News/10826661
Custom Floral Studio Transitions from Home-Based Operation to First Brick-and-Mortar Location on Fulton Street
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. - eTradeWire -- WOODBRIDGE, NJ – Rich Florals, a luxury rose studio specializing in custom bouquets and romantic event florals, officially opened its first storefront in Woodbridge with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Mayor John E. McCormac and First Ward Councilwoman Sharon McCole-Hoff. The milestone marks a significant achievement for founders Denaya Melvin and Dennis Jones, who grew their business from a home-based operation to a premier destination.
"It's another success on Main Street. One by one, everything is happening like we said it would," said Mayor John E. McCormac. "You're close enough to Main Street, you're only two stores over, right behind the Mexican restaurant. Town Hall is right there, so you're right in the middle of downtown."
Rich Florals' approach is rooted in four pillars: premium roses sourced for perfection, full customization, meticulous attention to detail, and white-glove service from consultation to delivery.

"We have been in business for two years, and the opportunity presented itself to open a store as we were growing," said Denaya Melvin, co-founder and Woodbridge High School graduate. "We were a home-based business, and here we are in Woodbridge."
Located at 353 Fulton Street, just steps from Main Street and the train station, Rich Florals offers a boutique experience unlike traditional florists. The studio specializes in personalized bouquets with names, glitter roses, and unique color combinations.
"We're a custom luxury florist. We do a lot of custom work," Melvin explained. "If you want your name on a bouquet, glitter roses, sparkle, or random colors, we do custom work. We specialize in making arrangements just for you."
First Ward Councilwoman Sharon McCole-Hoff praised the addition to Woodbridge's Main Street. "Woodbridge is exploding on Main Street," said McCole-Hoff. "When I walked in, I was like, 'Oh my gosh, look how beautiful these are.'"
