RentSpree Announces New Partnership with Fourth Largest Multiple Listing Service in the Country (FMLS)
eTradeWire News/10663269
The rental platform expands its reach to nearly 56,000 MLS members.
SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. - eTradeWire -- RentSpree, an award-winning rental software company, announced today its expansion into the Georgia market by partnering with the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in the state and the fourth largest in the U.S. The new integration with First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) gives nearly 56,000 members access to RentSpree's technology platform.
The rental market is hot right now, and first time homebuyers currently make up almost a third of sales. In Georgia, RentSpree's data indicates that MLS partnership tenant screening is up 152% year over year with still some time left before the end of 2021.
"We are excited to be partnering with FMLS, a world-class organization who has proven to be very tech-friendly. The integration was set up in 20 days from start to finish, which is an extremely quick turnaround,'' said co-founder and CEO of RentSpree, Michael Lucarelli.
Any given integration launch could take up to several months, but the partnership between RentSpree and FMLS breaks away from that trend. The quick turnaround is a testament to the drive for innovation both parties support in supplying members with the necessary tools for success.

"Rentals will continue to be a huge factor for agents going forward and we are thrilled to put our proven software into the hands of agents, elevating the rental process. This creates more time for lead generation with one of the nation's leading MLSs," said Lucarelli.
This integration supplies FMLS members with the means to simultaneously streamline its business and combine its network of members with RentSpree's innovative technology.
"This partnership empowers FMLS' agents and brokers to become innovators in an evolving rental market. Our goal is always to provide the best possible tools and services to our members. RentSpree is one that helps redefine how they serve an intensifying investment property and rental market in Georgia," said Jeremy Crawford, President and CEO of FMLS.
RentSpree's integration provides agents with technology up to three times faster than other similar systems. Its platform enables agents to close leases online using online rental applications, rent estimates, renters' insurance, screening reports, report sharing, income verification, and digital signatures.
RentSpree has over thirty MLS integrations to date and has proven its efficiency by quickly integrating with an impressive number of MLS providers.
